"Chris Xu went above and beyond for my rental home policy. It was a complicated situation and he was able to get everything figured out and answered all of my questions. He gave me peace of mind about everything. I am out of town and he even went ahead and took all the inspection photos for me for my property. His communication and timing was 100%.
